Built in 1972, Sandcliffe Condominiums have been lovingly maintained and cared for by a wonderful group of people from the United States, Canada, Italy, and beyond. Through dedication, hard work, and a shared love for this place, they preserved the property and shaped it into a community where people truly feel at home.

More than 50 years later, Sandcliffe stands as one of the most beautiful and lush spaces on the island — a reflection of the care and commitment of both past and present owners.

We want to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has contributed to making this a vibrant, welcoming, and well-preserved environment — surrounded by mature trees, natural beauty, and a sense of peace.
We are truly fortunate.

Board 2026-2027

Our mission is to support a thriving, respectful, and well-maintained community through clear communication, inclusive participation, and transparent governance.

With over 50 years of history and significant changes in ownership — including a 40% turnover in the past eight years — we recognize the need for clarity and consistency. Our goal is to preserve the quality and value of Sandcliffe while ensuring that all owners have access to updated documentation, shared expectations, and meaningful involvement in shaping the future of our community.
